Website Terms
These terms govern use of the PacePilot public website, resource content, and beta waitlist. They do not yet govern a paid or invited beta product account.
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Acceptance and scope
By accessing this website or submitting information through the waitlist, you agree to these Website Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the form.
Separate product terms, data-processing terms, and commercial agreements may apply before beta or paid access is provided.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful business evaluation, education, and communication with PacePilot. You may not:
- Interfere with the site, probe it without authorization, introduce malicious code, or bypass access controls.
- Use automated collection in a way that burdens the site or violates applicable law.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority to provide information.
- Copy, republish, or commercially exploit site content except as allowed by law or written permission.
Pre-launch information
Product descriptions, screenshots, roadmaps, integrations, control modes, and availability statements may describe current, planned, or exploratory work. They may change without notice and are not warranties or binding commitments. Platform names and marks belong to their respective owners; references do not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, or live integration availability.
No professional advice
Site and resource content is general information, not legal, financial, accounting, security, or advertising-platform advice. You remain responsible for budget decisions, platform configuration, client approvals, and compliance obligations.
Intellectual property and feedback
PacePilot and its site content, branding, designs, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of information you submit. You give PacePilot permission to use submitted information to respond to you, evaluate beta fit, and improve the product as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you allow PacePilot to use it without restriction or payment, provided PacePilot does not publicly identify you as its source without permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party services. PacePilot does not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PacePilot disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PacePilot does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular workflow.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PacePilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the public site or waitlist.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the site and product mature. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Until a dedicated contact channel is published, questions may be submitted through the waitlist form with “Terms question” at the start of the workflow-context field.
